Baked Turkish Köfte Meatballs are a great family-friendly meal that are easy to put together.
Preheat Fan Oven to 180 degrees
Line two baking trays with foil, turning up the sides
In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and using your hand mix everything until everything is combined well
On to the lined baking trays, make up the meatballs and line them up so there is room between them for even cooking
Place in the oven and bake for around 30 minutes
Once cooked, using tongs, remove each meatball and place into a bowl or serving dish (Lamb when cooked releases its fat juices so don't let it sit in it for too long once removing from the oven)
Serve with warm pitta bread, a side of rice, a Mediterranean salad and some Turkish yoghurt.
