
Preheat fan oven to 200 degrees
Line a large baking tray with foil or grease-proof parchment paper
In a large bowl add the sweet potatoes, coconut oil, paprika and a sprinkle of black pepper and using a spoon mix well so all the potato is covered evenly
Place the wedges onto the baking tray and spread out evenly spaced so they all cook evenly
Bake for 15 minutes then remove form the oven and turn them all over and bake for another 15 minutes
Once the Sweet Potato Wedges go into the oven, start making the Turkey Burgers.
Add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and with your hands mix the ingredients well
Make up the burgers with your hands, rolling the mixture into a ball on a meat chopping board
Using two medium sized frying pans (if you only have one cook them in batches) add the coconut oil over a medium heat
Using your hand flatten the turkey balls into patties and place them carefully into the frying pan and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through
