For the past few weeks I have replaced my usual daily vitamins with Vitamin Buddy. Vitamin Buddy kindly sent me a personalised monthly vitamin box, which has been created to the specific needs of my body with the vitamins it needs. I have written about what supplements I’ve used here if you want to check it out.
Vitamin Buddy offer a free service on their website where you can take a free body and lifestyle quiz that results in recommendations of vitamins to suit your individual needs; getting the right balance of health and well-being incorporated into your daily life.
After completing your quiz, Vitamin Buddy then send out your first monthly box. Inside the box consists of 4 smaller boxes, Week 1, Week 2, 3 and 4 with each one containing individual sachets of the recommended daily vitamins. These sachets are so convenient that not only can you take these vitamins at home, but because they are freshly sealed in a sachet, you can take them out with you to work, holidays or even your weekends away. It makes taking daily vitamins work with you current daily routine. If you are like me and have lots of vitamins bottles then this makes it so much easier to remember to take your vitamins quickly and conveniently.
Not only are these vitamins personalised to help with your health and body needs but these vitamins are also Vegan Friendly, Vegetarian Society Approved and Gluten Free.
Their vitamins are created in the form of capsules which maximise the absorption but don’t need the artificial binders that are typically used in tablets.
Vitamin Buddy capsules are created using high quality pharmacutical grade nutrition so you can be sure you are paying for the highest standard of vitamins that are made right here in the UK.
Disclaimer : If you are on any medication be sure to check with your GP or Pharmacist before using any new vitamins.
If you are like me and like to do some extensive research before trying any new product then definitely have a look over Vitamin Buddy’s website. If you read my blog or follow me on Instagram you may already know how much I am into the healthy eating and fitness lifestyle. As a Chronic Migraine and Fibromyalgia sufferer, I like to keep up with this lifestyle whilst including my daily vitamin supplements to work with my body to keep it as happy and healthy as possible.
As I already take daily vitamins supplements, I wasn’t expecting a huge amount of difference to my well-being by incorporating Vitamin Buddy into my existing routine but I have been impressed with how well they have worked in my current routine.
The vitamins I was recommended from the online quiz were:
I must admit I was really impressed with the result of the quiz, as it reflected the vitamins I already take so Vitamin Buddy earned my trust straight away and convinced me to give it a go. This monthly box with the 5 vitamins cost £35 (4 weeks worth) but in terms of using the monthly subscription it is flexible and easy to cancel and if you prefer to buy indivdual bottles of specific vitamins, you can opt to do that and buy it as and when you need it. Whatever you decide to purchase through Vitamin Buddy, the website and the entire process make it so easy to do.
I really enjoyed using these vitamins, it made taking my daily supplements easy with the individual daily sachets and it fitted into my usual routine keeping my health and well-being balanced and happy. Once I have finished my other vitamins bottles, I will be using Vitamin Buddy again.
