I’m obsessed with trying new skincare products, especially those designed to help with my skin concerns. I have an oily/combination skin, which after years of trialling a wide range of products, I’ve finally found the balance my skin needs to keep it soothed and acne-free.
Image Skincare have the answer. An American founded skincare brand which combines botanical and clinical knowledge to create women skincare to help with a wide range of skin-concerns for happier and healthier skin.
If you read my blog you may have already seen that I have previously reviewed one of Image Skincare’s most popular products, Vital C Masque, which has become my go to product for reasons I will discuss below.
I was very lucky to receive some more beautiful products from Image Skincare recently, the Forever Young Me Time box, which is a travel kit of travel sized products from the Vital C collection and one product from the Prevention+ collection. This gorgeous pink box is unfortunately not available in the UK, however, all the products within this kit are available to buy in the UK.
This cream cleanser, when applied on to dry skin and massaged for up to a minute, removes makeup and impurities while nourishing the skin to restore even skin tone and texture. This cleanser works as an anti-oxidant and added vitamins with high levels of vitamin c help to brighten and soothe redness and irritation on the skin.
I used this product for two weeks, and initially loved the feel of this cream cleanser but as I continued to use this product morning and evening, I found it was a little too rich for regular use. This product is perfect for someone with a dry skin or sun-damaged/sun-burnt skin.
This is Image Skincare’s bestseller! This anti-ageing serum is suitable for all skin types to help support the collagen levels within the skin to soften the appearance of wrinkles. This product is a light cream formula which is great for both dry and oilier skin.
I loved the light feel of this product on my skin and regular use every morning for the past two weeks has helped to brighten and tighten my skin without leaving my skin feeling clogged or sticky after use.
The Vital C hydrating repair crème is a rich cream that is great for a dry skin, not so much my skin type as I found it was too thick. Like the other Vital C products this moisturiser is great for dry skin that is prone to redness and sensitivity. This cream contains ceramides which prevents the skins moisture from evaporating causing dryness and dehydration within the skin. With hyaluronic acid to help maintain the moisture keeping it looking radiant and smooth.
If you haven’t seen my previous review of this product, this masque is a great weekly addition to my facial skincare routine. I use this mask up to 3 times a week, which helps to brighten and even my skin. Another paraben-free product; this face mask is full of nourishing Vitamin A, C and E to help gently exfoliate the skin, to rid dull, dry/flaky skin reducing redness and rosacea and leaves the skin with a healthy looking glow.
I love to leave this mask on when I’m having a soak in the bath or while I’m running the hoover around the house and simply washing it off with warm water and a muslin cloth, finishing with a splash of cold water to close my pores. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking for a repairing weekly face mask.
The Prevention+ range is designed to help protect, prevent and hydrate the skin. This moisturiser is very different from the Vital C hydrating repair crème. It has a sheer and light-weight texture which is great for oilier skin. With mineral based zinc oxide to bind the oil within the skin, this day cream gives long lasting hydration and with an SPF 30 it helps prevent sun burn/damage caused by the sun and UVA/UVB rays, even in the winter.
This product would be an essential item to have on holiday and even on a city break, as you can re-apply after 2 hours to keep your face protected. This product is paraban-free and an anti-oxidant from free radials, I would definitely be looking to purchase this product for protecting my face daily.
You can purchase all these products directly from Image Skincare online –

It is an American skincare brand who have recently come to the UK. Definitely have a look online to see if you can get it delivered to you, something like this kit would be great to try if you haven’t used them before and before spending all that money on a product that may or may not work! xo
Such a handy little kit for travelling and the products sound great!
